  June 2009 meeting summary

  Hot Topics included:

  • Brad Schulz had received the rules and agreement documentation from WE Energies.  
  • The first session of the Boy Scout Instruction Fly for troops 835 and 840 was held June 6 in cold weather.  Still, about 25 scouts and adults were present. 
  • There was a continuation of the discussion regarding looking into extending flight times on Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • A discussion on the purchase of a golf cart that Brad Schulz brought to the meeting was discussed and it was decided to purchase it.
  • Tony from Hobbytown USA in Grafton gave a presentation.
  • The membership enjoyed pizza, soda, and a raffle.
